I-Guru includes many aspects of a complete yoga system – Postures, breathwork and guided meditation, all helping you to combat the realities of city life, technology overload, sleeplessness and stress.

Our daily Unit London Yoga sessions are designed around what the body needs to keep you healthy. Truly accessible to everybody regardless of age, experience or ability.

One to One

For I-Guru 1-1 client’s our expert physios carry out a full yoga assessment enabling us to create and tailor a practice specifically designed for your physiology, mindset and lifestyle.

YOUR TIME

We work when you don’t have to, coming to you when you need us most, whether that’s an early morning session at our pop up, lunchtime at work, or in the evening so you sleep like a baby.

YOUR YOGA

Your Yoga Assessment Profile will enable us to match you with your ideal I-Guru teacher, based on your lifestyle, aims, location and their knowledge and expertise.

YOUR SPACE

We come to your home, meeting room, gym, office or hotel. during the summer months practice outside on a rooftop or in a local park. Wherever you decide to practice, all you need is your mat.
