This practice provides a sense of being nurtured, supported and grounded, allowing for blissful states of complete relaxation and a profound release of tension from being made to feel almost weightless. Yoga for mums to be

Suitable for both beginner students and experienced practitioners, we recommend regular sessions beginning from 13 weeks upto your estimated due date. A wonderful preparation to childbirth, pregnancy yoga is designed to alleviate some of the aches and pains of pregancy, strengthening the body for labour as well as developing a deeper, more focused approach to breathing and relaxation in order to empower mums-to-be toward a more conscious birth experience.
